The Lord states in the Gita that He accepts a leaf, flower, fruit or water from His bhaktas if it is offered with devotion. These items are easily available and by offering these things one can get His blessings to enter into His Kingdom. You said that your job is maya, but you must know that maya is illusion. As soon as there is absence of Krishna Consciousness–that is maya. But you are working just to help and push Krishna’s interest; therefore, it is not maya. Anything used in Krishna Consciousness is real renouncement.

By now most of the disciples and well-wishers of our Guru Maharaj H H Mahavishnu Goswami might have come to know about his peaceful passing away from this world. Below is the detailed mail from H G Devakinandan Prabhu on the glorious departure of our dear spiritual master and one of the most exalted Vaishnava to have graced us in our lives. Every relationship in this material world has a honeymoon period and an expiry date. In the beginning, almost all the relationships are very pleasing even if the objective is ‘You scratch my back and I scratch yours‘. But as time goes on, it tends to become sour even if we try to extend ourselves and please the other party because the original motive was to please ourself.. Hence whatever we may try to do to build the relationship will fail, the reason is because Krishna is not the center of the relationship.

Being somewhat older — late twenties and early thirties — Haridas, myself and a few others marvel over the apparent ease with which teenagers renounce these common drives, inebriants, habits. "Maya is but Krishna’s smile," I try to remember.

In the beginning there may be some failures. That is quite natural. Just as a child is trying to stand, he may fall down. But that does not mean he should give up the idea. Go on. A time will come when he will be perfect. A time will come when you’ll be perfect, Krishna conscious.
